We believe in providing everyone the same equitable opportunity. With that aspiration in mind, we are excited to invite you to participate in our new series called Twilio Unplugged for all aspiring talent to come build at Twilio.

Have you ever been emailed a technical assessment as part of your interview process, opened it up and felt overwhelmed because you don’t know where to start? If so, we're here to help!

In this free interactive webinar hosted by Twilio’s Developer Evangelist, Corey Weathers, we will be completing a hackerrank assessment collectively. He will be teaching you some tips & tricks and ways to approach Hackerrank as you prepare and begin to take your assessment.

"We’re hiring in people that espouse our values. We’re making sure that people come in with the understanding that we don’t want shenanigans here. We want you to be humble here, we want you to ‘Draw the Owl,’ we want you to really acquire knowledge and thirst after it. If you keep hiring people like that, that already lend to your values, then you're going to continue to have that culture"
